Save the Ta-tas!!!

Well, I can now say that I have finally been to a club!!  Of course, I brought my kids with me, and it was a club event where there were no alcoholic drinks served, but still, I've been to a club!  Anyways, last night a couple of Jared's co workers threw a charity fundraiser for the Revlon Run/Walk and off we went to support the "work ladies" (that would be Caleb's name for them).

The location:  The Wire in downtown Upland.  Yes, Jared stood in the middle fo the street to take this picture, but don't worry, he wasn't in any danger.  There was a farmer's market/street fair going on and about 3 square blocks were closed to cars.  If you look closely you can see me in this picture!

The kids utilized the dance floor very well.  They had a great time running around before the show started.  For that matter, they loved running around during the show too!

raising money to help out with Women's Cancers!  

Off to Disneyland We Go!

Spring Break is this week.  Having nothing planned, I was excited to see Julie was going to Disneyland and after a quick talk with Jared, we were off too!

We started with a stroll down Main St.

Stopped to blast some aliens in Buzz Lightyear

And had some yummy lollypops before heading to California Adventure where I somehow forgot to take any pictures!!  But we had lots of fun riding the Midway Mania (TWICE!!!), zooming on the Zephyr (sp?  those silver rocket thingys), and eating some yummy, sticky, cotton candy.  We had a blast, and are so glad we decided to join our fun cousins for a spur of the moment trip!  Thanks Collin for letting us tag along and cut lines with you!!

Wash the Poopies

So the other night, we notice an unmistakable odor coming from Isabelle.  We have tried potty training, but it just hasn't clicked with the girl yet.  So she is in a poopy diaper, and Jared tells her, "Why don't you go poopy in the bathroom.  Then you could wash yourself!"  Well, I am cleaning up the kitchen at this point, and a couple minutes later I realize, wait, she never had her diaper changed, and she has disappeared.  In our house, this is always cause for worry, because it was silent.  If you have kids, you know, silence is NOT golden.  It is bad, very bad.  So I go on the hunt.  As I enter the hallway, I hear water running.  Needless to say I run the last few steps to the bathroom and there is my funny, goofy little girl, bare butt and all, with her poopy diaper sitting in the sink.  She had turned the water on, and was Washing her POOPY DIAPER!!! SO like a good mom, I ran grabbed my camera and told her to smile!  I thought it was funny, and she was so proud of herself for doing what Daddy had asked.  What would I do without my goofy Belle?

Caleb's Crazy Hair

So today was crazy hair day at Caleb's school.  Last year we did a green mohawk, but alas, he had his hair cut recently so we went with spikes.  As we did his hair, he kept telling me, "More Blue!!"  He wanted EVERYTHING blue.  So, we ended up with a LOT of blue gel on that boys head today.  He was one cool dude though, and loved it.  Luckily for me, it all washed out tonight just fine, and he is already back to his natural blonde.

These were taken on my cell, Jared has the cord to download pictures from our camera to the computer at work.  I have a very fun story coming up soon, regarding Isabelle, a poopy diaper, and obediance. :)  I am waiting for that cord to tell that story, so I can put up the picture to go with it!

My Big Boy!!!

So I got Caleb's spring school pictures back.  They even took some in their caps and gowns!  So cute!  So here is my big Caleb, in his last preschool pictures - next up, Kindergarten!!!

I just wish he would smile normal...

Is it just me...  or is something off in this picture?  His smile?  the fit of the gown?  I don't know, but I swear, he almost looks like he is in pain!!!
